Our story
Practical software, built to last
Gumtree Hill Solutions Pty Ltd is an Australian private company, registered in Queensland in 2026. We take on client software development work and design, build and publish our own software products for web, desktop and mobile.
Our client work includes the website for Brisbane Bioinformatics, a not-for-profit organisation connecting Queensland’s bioinformatics community, which we built and continue to support.
We are deliberately small. Clients deal directly with the people designing and writing their software, decisions are made quickly, and we only take on work we can do well.

Experience across the whole stack
Our work draws on experience across cloud infrastructure on AWS, identity and access management, Apple and Windows device management, application security, and building business systems, web applications and utilities for organisations in Australia.
Depending on the project, we bring in trusted specialists such as designers and testers, under confidentiality agreements and under our direct management.
